The short version. We use the information you send to deliver what you asked for and to improve our analysis engine. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own use. Ask us to delete it and we will.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us:
- Contact details you enter in a form: name, company, email, market, revenue range.
- Business information you share for a Footprint Report: job history, addresses, marketing spend, past mailers, and similar files or share-folder links.
- Messages you send us by email or through a contact or subscribe form.
We do not run invasive tracking. Standard hosting logs (such as those kept by Netlify, our hosting and form provider) may record basic technical data like IP address and browser type.
How we use it
- To deliver the work. Your data is used to prepare your Footprint Report, respond to your request, or send content you subscribed to.
- To improve our analysis engine. We learn from the work we do. Patterns from past engagements, in aggregated and de-identified form, help make future scoring and recommendations sharper. This never involves publishing, selling, or exposing your company's or your customers' information.
What we never do
- We do not sell your information. Ever, to anyone.
- We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing or any other use of their own.
- We do not publish your data, your customers' data, or anything that could identify either.
- We do not use your customer lists to contact your customers.
Your customers' data
Footprint Reports are built from your past job data, which can include your customers' addresses. We treat that data as confidential. It is used solely to score your market and build your report, it is stored privately, and it is never shared, sold, or used to reach those homeowners.
Service providers
We use a small number of tools to run these sites and do the work: Netlify for hosting and form handling, Google Workspace for email and file storage. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes beyond providing the service.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information as long as needed to do the work and support you afterward. Email caleb@painterleadgen.com at any time to ask what we hold or to have it deleted. If you'd like your data removed once your report ships, say so and we will delete it.
